**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:

**✍️** WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️**
- At least **5 years of experience as a Business Analyst**.
- Experience in **requirements gathering and estimation**, and in defining, testing, and implementing large-scale changes and features in **complex organizations, using a combination of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods**.
- Strong technical knowledge of **SQL (definition and implementation of integrations, definition and usage of API Managers based solutions )**.
- Experience in **Agile environments**.
- **Fluent in English**.

- Utilize extensive business analysis experience to **gather, document, and refine requirements for large-scale changes and features in complex organizations**.
- Implement a combination of **Agile and Waterfall delivery methods** to ensure efficient project execution.
- Leverage strong technical knowledge of **SQL to define and implement integrations and API Manager-based solutions**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **define, test, and implement changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives**.
- Navigate and contribute effectively in **Agile environments**, adapting methodologies to project needs.
- **Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle** to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct **estimation processes** to accurately assess project timelines and resource requirements.
