Q-tech somos una empresa especializada en selección de profesionales del sector IT desde 1999.

Actualmente requerimos incorporar un/a nueva persona en nuestro equipo con un perfil de Consultor/a de Selección IT.

Desde hace muchos años, Q-Tech es una empresa que se ha consolidado como referente en la selección de perfiles IT.

Actualmente nos encontramos en una fase de crecimiento y desarrollo con un proyecto muy ambicioso e interesante, por este motivo nos gustaría poder contar contigo.

Perfil requerido:

- Formación afín al puesto pero no imprescindible. Valoraremos sobre todo las capacidades y competencias profesionales y personales.
- Experiência deseada en el sector IT mínima de 2-3 años.
- Capacidad para gestionar procesos de selección en paralelo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, el grupo siempre está por encima de uno/a mismo/a
- Buena capacidad de comunicación, pensamiento analítico, dinamismo, proactividad, asertividad, con iniciativa y con inquietudes profesionales. Resiliencia a la frustración y capacidad para buscar soluciones innovadoras.
- Imprescindible buen nível de inglés.
