Senior Master Technician

Analysis and in-depth understanding of the specifications and planned characteristics of the CIIAE pilot plants.

Monitoring of the construction, assembly and commissioning of the plants.

Training in plant O&M.

Participation in the desing of work plans and security protocols.

Evaluation of supply and service contracts.

Participation in the preparation of the annual budget of investments and expenses of the plant.

Plant O&M.

Proposal for improvements in equipment and operation.

Qualifications required

To be assessed:
Specialization in training and/or experience in the center's work areas, especially in Hydrogen and Power-to-X, power electronics, electrochemical storage, heat generation and transfer, and thermal storage.

Experience in energy storage or in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of energy or industrial plants (preferably in the energy sector).

Knowledge and experience in software and languages commonly used in industry, modeling and research (Excel, MatLab, Simulink, Simscape, Autocad, Hyperworks, SolidWorks, PSSE, Python, etc.).

Other technical training in relation to the area: courses, master's degree, specialization, etc.

Stays in other research centers or R&D departments.

Knowledge of other languages, especially Portuguese will be valued.

Experience in establishing collaborative relationships with industry or in scientific-technical areas linked to Research and Development activities and projects.

Participation and/or collaboration in R&D&I /bussiness projects.

**Requisitos**
Engineer or Degree in Engineering with a Master's Degree (preferably with an Industrial, Industrial Electronics or Chemistry specialty).

Professional experience not required.

Verbal and written communication in English, level B2 or higher. Knowledge of Spanish level B2 or higher.

The position offered requires occasional participation in events outside Extremadura.
