**Mission**:
Join a leading global organization in transforming HR through digital innovation. We are looking for a passionate SAP Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our outsourced SAP customers within the AMPS department, under the guidance of the AMPS Team Manager.

**Your Role**:

- Manage simple tickets, ensuring adherence to best practices and generating maintainable, bug-free code.
- Conduct system tests with provided or self-generated test data to meet specifications.
- Document technical and functional aspects of issue resolution.
- Manage daily priorities and ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining regular communication with the Team Manager.
- Maintain effective internal and external communication channels.
- Understand HR flows and SAP HR architecture, with a focus on French Payroll (PY FR).

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a Technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eager to learn new technologies quickly and with a strong interest in providing high-quality HR support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Committed to delivering excellent service with a strong sense of accountability.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Expert knowledge in SAP PY FR solution is highly regarded.
