We are very happy to announce the launch of our I**nternational Internship & Graduate program.**
A new initiative that aims to bring to AWWG a great dose of talent, innovation, diversity, vitality and passion

AWWG is a leading fashion company with brands such as Pepe Jeans, Hackett London and Façonnable.

Our Programs are a chance to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer.

**Who are we looking for?**

Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious and positive, and want to embrace AWWG culture.

Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must

**The project**

Forget your traditional Visual Merchandising team... the new Creative Brand Environment Team has been born

We are doubling in size and getting stronger, more creative and super international vibes to shake up the VM from Pepe Jeans, Hacket London and Façonnable and rebrand the whole visual experience.

Are you ready?

**Goal of the position**:

- Help the CBE bring the best experience for the brand in the stores in Europe balancing creativity and commercial reality in-store and windows displays.

**What will the role entail?**
- Work closely with CBE team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to developed In store experiences, potential region opportunities, analyze trends and competitors best practices.
- Assist on meassuring the commercial results to maximize brand DNA and sales across channel and regions.
- Follow up and check implementations and setups in the store and WD across regions, facilitate constant feedback and communication to the store teams.
- Help to communicate the Brand DNA and Brand Codes to stores. Constant communication with the store teams and Head Quarters teams.
- Demonstrate an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm
- Develop brand and product knowledge.

**Educational level**

University degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Sales or similar

**Previous experience, Languages, Knowledge & Technical skills**
- Previous experience is a plus
- Advanced English; Spanish is a plus
- Proficient level of Excel
