- Fluency in the Swedish language withexcellent comprehension, grammar and proofreadingskills.
- Excellent English reading comprehensionand writing skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention todetail
- Excellent active listening skills withthe ability to understand verbal nuances in Swedish dialect,including the variations across different provinces andterritories.
- Demonstrates attention to detail andcritical thinking skills in evaluation of Siri's language usage anddialect
- Ability to independently navigate systemsand tools.
- Demonstrates integrity and focuses oncustomer privacy
- Experience in content review or a similarenvironment, prior testing experience preferred
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptabilityto changing work-flows and responsibilities

- Experience as an end user of Siri,similar Intelligent Personal Assistants, or other AI

Our team is comprised of very talented individuals, who arepassionate about AIML and ensuring Apple services are at theirbest. As part of the Annotation Team you'll play a central role inenhancing the user experience. We work in a fast paced, dynamic,technology focused environment. As an Annotation Analyst, you'lllisten and transcribe audio files and evaluate Siri's response andlanguage usage, from customers who have opted in to the gradingprogram. You'll use your language and cultural knowledge, alongwith analytical skills, to evaluate responses against guidelines.Your flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks is essential.We focus on the user experience, thinking creatively on howcustomers use Siri and use this knowledge for improvements. Becausewe believe our individual backgrounds, perspectives, and passionshelp us build the ideas that move all of us forward. We'll trainyou to be an expert in understanding, supporting and improving thecustomer experience.
