Tareas
Requerimos incorporar un técnico de soporte de microinformatica con inglés.
Administración de PC e impresoras soporte a problemas instalación de parches etc.
- Conocimiento del paquete office.
- Configuración e instalación de Windows y paquetes informáticos.
- Configuración e instalación de periféricos.
- Asistencia en la configuración de programas (antivirus video llamadas..)
- Asistencia en copias de seguridad.
- Asistencia en la instalación de elementos hardware (memorias discos duros...).
- Apoyo técnico en herramientas de administración de usuarios.
- Elaboración de documentos técnicos de ofimática.
- Apoyo en instalación y configuración se smartphones, microinformatica, Windows, Windows server, Azure, Microsoft Office, Office 365.

Responsabilidades.
Tus responsabilidades serán atender a los clientes internos y ayudar en la resolución de incidencia, siempre tendrás un compañero dispuesto a ayudarte en caso de tener dificultades.
