**JOB MISSION**:
Supportare adeguatamente il team di vendita, assicurando un rifornimento adeguato del prodotto sul piano vendita tenendo sempre a mente un servizio di eccellenza per il cliente
Assicurare la sicurezza del prodotto e dei beni di valore nel magazzino

**RUOLO & RESPONSABILITA’**:
**Gestione del prodotto**:
Assicurarsi che tutte le linee guida relative al magazzino siano rigidamente seguite
Collaborare con Store Manager ed Operations Manager se presente al fine di ottimizzare la gestione del magazzino
Aiutare Store Manager e Team Manager nelle attività di after sales e riparazioni
Mantenere in ordine il magazzino e disporre il prodotto in accordo con le procedure di magazzino
Registrare i beni a sistema IT
Assicurarsi che tutti i documenti di trasporto siano correttamente compilati, sia manualmente che a sistema IT
Preparare i beni per spedizioni al cliente, ad altri negozi o a sedi aziendali
Occuparsi dei resi di fine stagione e dei trasferimenti di prodotto
Collaborare con i corrieri al fine di assicurare il rispetto delle corrette tempistiche nelle consegne
Gestione delle divise dello staff di boutique

**Inventari**:
Effettuare controlli regolari del magazzino come richiesto ed aggiornare prontamente tutte le informazioni relative al magazzino a Store Manager e/o Operations Manager
Preparare gli inventari rotativi, annuali o semestrali
Assicurare costantemente tutte le misure necessarie per la sicurezza dei beni di valore, materiali e mobilio
Verificare che il prodotto sia intatto ed aggiornare Store Manager rispetto alle tematiche rilevanti (secondo la procedura aziendale dei danni)
Applicare l’antitaccheggio ed i cartellini prezzo sui prodotti e se necessario posizionare gli stessi sul piano vendita.

Omnichannel

Eseguire le attività omnichannel come richiesto e secondo i livelli stabiliti dall’azienda

Sicurezza e manutenzione

Assicurare il mantenimento del magazzino allo scopo di garantire che macchinari, mobilio ed attrezzi funzionino correttamente.

**COMPETENZE CHIAVE**:
Eseguire in modo eccellente le procedure connesse alla gestione quotidiana dello stock
Essere flessibile, proattivi ed autonomi
Competenze analitiche nel risolvere problematiche legate agli inventari rotativi e nella comprensione del funzionamento dei sistemi (SAP)
Problem-solving e team-player
