**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Market Strategy & Development**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to drive growth and brand awareness in Japan.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Product & Service Coordination**:
- Coordinate and optimize our product and service offerings to meet the specific needs of the Japanese market.
- Work closely with global product teams to ensure alignment with local market demands.
- Ensure that all products and services comply with Japanese regulations and standards.
- **Marketing Execution**:
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Japanese market.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to maintain consistency in brand messaging while adapting to local preferences.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, and other promotional channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Business Growth & Operations**:
- Drive business growth through effective planning, execution, and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Manage budgets, resources, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational success.
- **Client & Stakeholder Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all business activities in Japan.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the gaming sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business or product line in Japan.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Business growth mindset with a focus on coordinating product/service offerings and executing marketing strategies.
