**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Staff who will join our team and be in charge of managing several ongoing tasks in the unit.

The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

- Preparation of standard documents.
- Organize training activities and related actions.
- Handling of labour and academic related procedures, involving communication with personnel.
- Update and maintain the corresponding databases with relevant information.
- Prepare reports and compile data as need be.
- General support to the Human Resources team.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- The appointee will preferably:

- A University or Vocational Training (CFGS) Degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in labour handlings in a STEM research center.
- High level of English in spoken and written form.
- Service orientation, Initiative, Attention to detail, organizational commitment, teamwork.
- Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and problem-solving attitude.
