Description

We are looking to add a associate recruiter. We are focused in new talent without previous work experience but who is ready to learn with dedication and passion.

Key Responsibilities Leverage online recruiting resources to identify top talent.- Participate in the college recruitment process (information sessions, on campus interviews and career fairs).- Constantly seeks new, innovative ways to improve the sourcing process.- Strong orientation to quality, continuous improvement and customer service.

**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field referred.- Excellent Communication skills including consultation, collaboration and influence are a must.- High attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.- Driving for results.- Enthusiasm for teamwork.- Fluent language skills in Spanish and English. French is a plus
