**Responsibilities**:
- Act as local QPPV / local PV representative for MAH products in the territory.
- Main contact and communication for health authority and the MAH.
- Nomination of the details with the health authority
- Participation in audits
- Revison of PhV contracts
- Monthly reconciliations with partners
**Literature Surveillance**:Weekly or monthly (depending on the frequency of publication)surveillance of local journals (please list the names of the journals to be monitored in each territory)
**Health Authority Surveillance**: Monthly surveillance of the local Health Authority website for identification of safety-related data. It includes but is not limited to new PV-related regulations, safety news related to MAH products, and a search of ICSR in the health database when applicable.
**Spontaneous cases**: One case inclusive of an initial report and one due diligence contact on incomplete safety reports
Inclusive of cases identified during literature and health authority database surveillance
Education and Experience
- Preferably with a scientific background (or Medical secretary) and/or equivalent experience
- OR Non-scientific background with an interest in medical sector (e.g. telephone operator)
