**We are looking for a** Salesforce Engineer i**n the Salesforce Engg** **department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Barcelona or Madrid office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO **

**As a Salesforce engineer you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and aligning technology solutions with the strategic goals of the Sales teams, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization's strategy. You will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and technical leads to take the current salesforce implementation to the next level. Salesforce at sennder goes beyond "just a CRM '' and it is a critical part of our technical landscape, being integrated with the inhouse downstream systems. You will join our team in Barcelona or Madrid.**

**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL **
- Manage all aspects of user management, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Configure and Develop Salesforce, including Fields, layouts, record types, custom settings dashboards, and reports.
- Be responsible for salesforce development including Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Web Services.
- Own the scope, design, implementation, and release of new features and Salesforce apps from start to finish. This includes conducting requirements analysis, and estimations, and providing project status reports to ensure timely completion
- Assist in producing and maintaining technical documentation and specifications for developments, working within Agile development cycles.
- Identify areas of standardization and simplification in salesforce.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR **
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong knowledge on the Salesforce platform with special focus on Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, and Visual Force
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- Experience of working with code repositories (i.e. Git)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to perform root-cause analysis and creative problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about contributing to continuous improvement of coding standards and code quality.
- Nice to have: To be a certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Javascript Developer, and/or Platform App Builder
- Python & Microservices knowledge will be a plus
