We are looking for a **Scrum Master** to join our team.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals.
- Leads team efforts in relentless improvement, helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective and teaches problem-solving techniques.
- Facilitates all team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.
- Helps the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope.
- Eliminates impediments so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Iteration.
- Promotes SAFe quality practices, guiding the team in constantly improving the quality of their deliverable s and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Communicates with management and outside stakeholders, protecting the team from uncontrolled expansion of work.
- Responsibilities on the train - The Scrum Master helps coordinate inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on the train.

**What you bring**:

- Natural servant leader with strong coaching capabilities.
- Good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high levels of creativity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and update delivery teams & senior executives.
- Excellent facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills, helping the team manage conflicts, challenges, personnel changes and opportunities for growth.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fluid, fast changing environments under pressure.

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**:

- Trade certification preferred (e.g. scaled agile program consultant, scrum master)
- Experience with Kanban/software development life cycle
- Deep and broad knowledge base in fundamental IT technical skill sets
- Delivery of large scale Technology / IT / IoT programme(s) / transformation(s)
