We are looking for ambitious and career-driven Marketing students for an exciting Internship opportunity in a fast-growing international recruitment agency As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team in various tasks and projects. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field of marketing and recruitment, and the opportunity to learn and contribute to our organization's success.

**What you will be doing as a Marketing Intern**:

- Content Creation:

- Conduct research to gather information and data for content development.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
- Social Media Management:

- Help manage and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Summarize research findings and present insights to the marketing team.
- SEO Optimization:

- Collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines.
- Assist in keyword research and on-page SEO improvements.
- Graphic Design:

- Create and edit visual content for marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, and images for social media and web use.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Gather and analyze marketing data and metrics from various platforms.
- Generate regular reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.

**To be successful in this role you**
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English plus an additional native language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) + Canva.
- Aware of trends within Social Media
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You must be able to work from one of our offices during the internship
- You are available to work 3-6 months in a full-time internship position, starting in Q1 of 2024
