Framework & Oversight Non Financial Risk Analyst III

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Dentro del área de Riesgos no Financieros, tu misión será promover y apoyar el gobierno y reporting de la función de Control Interno de Riesgos dentro de Grupo Santander y de sus filiales.

Tus responsabilidades serán:
Liderar el proceso de identificación del perímetro de entidades dentro del programa de RNF (coordinando con los equipos locales y áreas involucradas).

Liderar la agenda y coordinación de nuestro foro de Control Interno (Internal

Control Steering Meeting).

Gobierno y reporting de la función con países, alta dirección y órganos de gobierno (RCC, BAC).

Colaboración en la revisión y mantenimiento del árbol normativo de la función.

Coordinar diferentes iniciativas de cultura promoviendo una mayor sensibilidad en la organización al Control Interno.

Colaborar en el establecimiento y mantenimiento del programa SOX dentro del Grupo.

Colaborar en el seguimiento del perfil de Control y Riesgos de Grupo Santander.

Participar en los proyectos estratégicos del marco de Control Interno de Riesgos (automatización de procesos y controles, Control scorecard, etc.)

Qué estamos buscando:
Licenciatura en Derecho, ADE, Económicas, Matemáticas o Ingeniería

Al menos 6 años de experiência, de ellos 3 años en entornos financieros en funciones que te hayan permitido adquirir un amplio conocimiento del negocio bancario y de sus principales actividades así como de los riesgos asociados a las mismas.

Experiência en equipos de riesgo operacional, control interno y auditoría SOX.

Se requiere nível avanzado de inglés (C1).

Nível avanzado de las herramientas de Office y habito de reparar presentaciones de PowerPoint.

Se valorara conocimiento de programación y nuevas tecnologías (PowerBI, Python, etc.) y experiência previa en consultoría relacionada con la gestión de RNF o de control interno (SOX; COSO).
