Gather contract-related documentation from different stakeholders.
- Perform compliance checks on the information and documents received (relevance, validity, completeness, etc).
- Generate contracts. Issue the contracts, have them signed and stored.
- Create and maintain client information in our master data bases ensuring accuracy of data & consistency between the different systems.
- If needed, work closely with public administration to obtain & manage administrative/legal documentation & benefit.
- May be in contact with clients to collect relevant information to create contracts in accurate and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external customers queries & requests. A strong culture of ownership & accountability is desired.
- Support continuous improvement effort to reduce error and cycle time, improve accuracy & efficiency.
- Support the project team to any migration related activities.

Good opportunity to start a new challenge in a multicultural company.|Fluent English is a must, Spanish is not required.
- Ideally prior experience of:

- working in an international environment
- working in Administration, HR, Accounts Payable, Billing and/or Customer Service
- collaborating effectively with international team/cross-team
- Fluency in English
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistent
- Excellent customer-focus & communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, continuous improvement mindset
- Ideally at ease with Excel
