**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️**
- Experience in migration projects, specifically from VMWare to KVM.
- Ability to work remotely with a good understanding of Linux systems, as VMWare migrations will involve Linux.
- Knowledge of Windows systems, as the VMs will be Windows-based.
- Familiarity with PROXMOX, an orchestrator similar to VMWare for KVM.
- Ability to communicate in English, as it is the official company language.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Participate in a migration project from VMWare to KVM.
- Work within a remote team, possibly across different time zones.
- Collaborate with international team members and potentially interact with clients.
