**WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️**
- Experience in migration projects, specifically from VMWare to KVM.
- Ability to work remotely with a good understanding of Linux systems, as VMWare migrations will involve Linux.
- Knowledge of Windows systems, as the VMs will be Windows-based.
- Familiarity with PROXMOX, an orchestrator similar to VMWare for KVM.
- Ability to communicate in English, as it is the official company language.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Participate in a migration project from VMWare to KVM.
- Work within a remote team, possibly across different time zones.
