The Digital Growth Hype team is a unit dedicated to the Hype business across its different digital touchpoints targeting the sneaker and streetwear consumer. As a Digital Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our CONFIRMED app and executing Hype Launches for our top collaborations. The team aims to deliver the most premium consumer experience and works closely with our Digital Product and market teams.
As an Assistant Manager Digital Operations at adidas you are contributing to specific business processes affecting small to medium user groups. Your task is to partake in standardization and continuous improvement assigned processes in collaboration with markets and other business stakeholders. Driving best practices, success criteria and contributing to a culture of operational excellence are just a few of the key activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally you will be the key interface for day-to-day issue resolution in your area of responsibility.
What you will be doing:

- Scope - Contribute to specific business processes affecting small to medium user groups
- Process Definition & Documentation
- Contribute to process definition with global and local departments that will allow to leverage or build proper solutions with internal and external cooperation partners.
- Support local stakeholders concerning market roll-outs or new functionalities in your area of responsibility.
- Formalize and document the defined processes to provide transparency and sustained clarity for all stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze respective processes continuously. Help to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to finding respective solutions.
- Participate in process reviews involving all relevant stakeholders to collect appropriate feedback and define/enrich a backlog of improvements.
- Contribute to the definition of change requests for new functionalities in sufficient detail for qualification and solution selection Document their implementation.
- Day-to-day Operations
- Support markets and agile teams on day-to-day issue resolution and operations within your scope of responsibility.
- Best Practices
- Contribute to standard best practices and control methods.
- Contribute to best practice communication and trainings throughout the organization regarding your area of responsibility.

What are we looking for:

- 1. Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2. 2+ years of experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment.
- 3. Basic knowledge in respective domain (e.g. Payments, Consumer Engagement etc.)
- 4. Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies.
- 5. Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and business partners
- 6. Good communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- 7. Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- 8. Project management and project monitoring experience is a plus
- 9. Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (LEAN, 6Sigma, etc ) is a plus
- 10. Fluent English both verbally and written.
