**Job Description**:
**What we expect of you, day to day.**
- Lead end to end project delivery for assigned projects supervising the work of the analysts and SMEs.
- Present final deliverables to clients in coordination with the Managing Consultant
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to deliver insights and implications to improve client performance, and provide strategic guidance for client payment priorities (i.e. digital payment strategies, customer segment opportunities, product value proposition and positioning)
- Structure and deliver discussion documents and presentations to illustrate analysis, findings, opportunities, client expertise/insights and recommendations
- Partner with lead consultants to standardize VCA solutions, develop best practice documents and whitepapers that can be leveraged across VCA European team as well as VCA globally.
- Support team of consultants with on-going business process needs including contract development, budgeting, project results tracking, data analysis and other day-to-day ad hoc content requests
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._
**Qualifications**:
- BA/BS required. Professionals with prior management consulting experience in payments (minimum 4 year of work experience required)
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
- Strong analytic skills, with the ability to process and summarize data into key strategic insights
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- An affinity for payments technology and its future
- Willingness to travel 10-15%, domestic assignments
