**AZUL HANDLING** is currently recruiting for **Team Leaders** to work in co-operation with our client airline, Ryanair.As a **Team Leader **not only will you be maintaining constant contact between air traffic control, our pilots and our staff on the ground, but you’ll also be there to assist the operations whenever needed. They are the workers who, in addition to the ramp agent tasks, will perform duties of punctual and safe dispatch of flights, among other tasks.

**Requirements**:
- Ability to make arithmetic calculations
- Ability to organize and manage a work group
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to anticipate possible setbacks that may arise
- Ability to deal with staff
- Minimum experience of 1 year working at the airport, developing tasks as Ramp Agent
- Previous experience and knowledge of the airport of Asturias will be a plus
- Be knowledgeable and put it into practice Cultural Identity of the company, The Azul Way
- Windows user-level knowledge (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Availability to live less than an hour from the airport

- You must be available to work on a shift basis, Mondays to Sundays.
