Join us and level up your career in a fun and dynamic workplace culture As our newest Senior Game Data Analyst, your mission will be to dive deep into product performance and customer behavior analysis, leveraging insights to drive growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the Product Team on providing insights about user behaviour and product performance and help on the definition of features and set goals
- Join in defining the key metrics required for analyzing product features, and collaborate on the implementation of data tracking necessary
- Work with Marketing Team to analyze Acquisition and Retention campaigns performance and suggest improvements
- Develop statistics models to better understand our business and help company growth
- Collaborate with other team members on developing data processing flows
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as B2C Data Analyst in the gaming industry
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics)
- Programming skills and advanced knowledge of Python ( R a plus )
- Experience with SQL
- Experience on exploratory data analysis
- Experience developing analytic models
- Experience on reporting and presenting results
- Excellent level of both English and Spanish
