ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for a Visibility & Merchandising Manager to join our Marketing Department as part of a multifunctional team, reporting to the Head of Retail Consumer Experience of the Luxury Division. You will lead strategy, plans executions and a team for iconic, luxury brands covering Iberia, work closely with the brand marketing functions: ensure the best-in-class implementation by achieving Visibility & coverages targets.
THE ROLE
**In this role you will be responsible for**: Go to market: Define execution of brand’s strategy in point of sale ensuring company & brand’s approach. Define KPIs per brand & retailer: Share of Shelf, brand’s portfolio. Responsible for design brand’s POS visibility strategy and ensure its execution: planograms, activationsDesign trade marketing plans together with brands and assure excellent implementation. Activation’s tracking from a POS & retail perspective: ROI mindset, strategical thinking focused on qualitative & quantitative results and learnings to recommend on future actions in the market. Lead relationship with Global Visual Merchandising teams: ensure Corporate Marketing alignment & licenses guidelines fit in all actions, ensuring consistency. Co-Design the annual budget plan for the luxury brands and track monthly leading corrective actions if needed. Lead POS Initiatives ensuring 360º alignment with other key leverages involved, engaging them: Media, Influencer Marketing, Sales teams, Demand Planning, FinanceAnticipate key retailer trends which could represent a risk or an opportunity for brands. Anticipate business challenges from a POS & retailer perspective. Explore and evaluate emerging retail experiences and activations which can provide brand’s storytelling opportunities to maximize consumer engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
**Essential**: Experience as Visibility & Merchandising minimum 5 years. Proven Experience in Comercial, Trade & Category Management areas. Experience in Teams Management minimum 2 years. Proven strong analytical skills. Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Postgraduate or MBA desirable. Proficiency level of English and Spanish languages. Advanced usage on Microsoft office package, mainly excel. Quantitative reasoning and strong analytical skills. Accountability experience in budget control. Transversal Leadership skills to lead projects among different functions. Proactive attitude, solution provider mindset. Excellent teamworking and communication skills. Empathic approach on professional relations, flexibility and adaptability. Comfortable managing different projects at the same time. Knowledge and sensitivity to the beauty and fashion field and business.
**Desirable**: Previous working experience in a multinational environment. Preferable experience in luxury markets. Experience working with licensed brands. Digital business mindset & digital activity set management for brands. Ability to work with more than one brand accountability.
