Application Helpdesk Engineer Dutch/french

We are currently looking for a great colleague to join our team.

**What will your day look like?**
- You will advise customers on the use, maintenance and management of salary packages.
- You will support and advise internal employees (payroll consultants).
- You will provide efficient support for products and processes.
- You will document and report problems and complaints where appropriate. In consultation with your colleagues, you will also draw up suggestions for internal analysts and specialists regarding salary packages.
- You will actively participate in service meetings with internal stakeholders.
- You will prepare and maintain general documentation.

**We are looking for someone with the following qualities**:

- Relevant experience in HR or payroll administration would be an asset
- The ability to establish links easily and analytical insight
- Fluency in Dutch and the capacity to assist in French; knowledge of English would be an asset
- The ability to work in a process-oriented manner
- A communicative, hands-on and customer-focused attitude
- A real team player who is flexible and keen to learn
- A sound knowledge of IT
- An agile mindset with a view to continuous optimisation
- The ability to take initiative and communicate in an active manner
