**IQVIA Translations **is a fast-growing area of our company and as such we are looking for a director of commercial solutions to drive this exciting venture forward.

Leads day by day communication with department leaders around the best way to provide/improve operations support

**Essential Functions**

Supports ITS Finance Director in the below related and any others that might be prioritized:

- Monitoring and administrative management of revenue reporting
- Define, produce, share and comment regular report on Revenue In Hand (In support to finance)
- Contribute to analyze gap between Budget / forecast and Revenue In Hand (In support to Finance)
- Supports ITS Commercial and Sales team in the below related and any others that might be prioritized:

- Help answer questions about revenue and incentive targets and Liaison with financial department for correct revenue recognition
- Contact Account teams in order to get sponsor level approval for the transition of all studies from that particular sponsor
- Identifying PTC (pass-through) costs studies to transition to ITP
- Management of Account Directors FAQs
- Monitor and manage the health of the sales pipeline and ensure data cleanliness. Ensures that opportunities are correctly set up in IQVIA CRM and lead the updates
- As a CRM champion for IQTS, will be responsible for the training and ongoing support for the sales and GTM teams in the IQVIA CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider global Sales Operations & other CoE teams to align on globally best in class practices and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Supports ITS Strategic Pricing team in the below related and any others that might be prioritized:

- Support Rate card creation, pricing proposals and manages related communication as per Strategic Pricing leader direction
- Impact analysis (pricing, cost, volume)
- Assist commercial teams in completion of rate card where necessary
- Control and analysis of projects profitability
- Manage processes and tools, particularly SFDC to ensure efficient and scalable solutions
- Be the point of contact for client facing (project, commercial or sales teams) to provide user support and troubleshoot issues
- Contributes to ad hoc analysis as needed to improve customer satisfaction, business intelligence and revenue recognition
- Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team.
- Works collaboratively with the rest of the Operations Support team to achieve the goals of the department.

**Required Experience**
- Typically requires 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience such as Commercial Operations, Finance Operations, Pricing Operations, etc.
- Management, IT or user maintenance of databases.
- equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Knowledge of CRO Industry.
- Ability to program and QC complex Excel solutions and design and implement large structural changes in Excel based systems (advanced Excel Experience required)
- Knowledge of costing models and ability to analyze simple resourcing algorithms.
- Knowledge of how pricing systems integrate with other systems.
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze budgets with multiple components and recognize dependencies in complex models.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
