We are offering a **Senior Growth Strategist for International & Emerging **position in our **Madrid** / **London** office, to build the global contextual advertising leader.

This role will support all international sales and development activity at Seedtag. Reporting directly to the International Sales Director, the position involves providing assistance for both International Sales and Global Partnerships. Its primary objective is to solidify Seedtag's position as the premier Contextual Advertising solution for agencies and brands worldwide, establishing the company as a global leader in Contextual Authority.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**

You will lead all Growth activity across major international clients and global partnerships and emerging client opportunities. The Growth function at Seedtag works closely with the Sales organization to roll out market and account product GTM, measurement solutions, clients, market analytics, and insights. They partner with the commercial teams to elevate Seedtag as a technology partner for our clients and a global thought leader in Contextual Advertising.
- You will deepen your understanding of the business needs of the markets and priority clients, and develop business solutions to maximize the value of Seedtag’s products and solutions for our clients, e.g., LAB, Insights, In-Stream, Full Funnel product solutions.
- You will collaborate with commercial leadership in developing priority client proposals and offers, focusing on product-led value propositions.
- You will participate in key client/partner presentations and maintain excellent relationships throughout the identified priority client accounts.
- You will provide leadership to inspire the Sales Team; be a vocal member in bringing new ideas and solutions to our offering.
- You will support Sales Marketing requests for relevant opportunities, e.g., big presentations, tentpole events, vertical decks, JBPs, etc.
- You will, together with the Global Head of Analytics and Research, execute the development and implementation of our Measurement and Analytics solutions across international accounts and global territories.
- You will, together with the Strategy team, be the local expert on the Seedtag Product GTM.
- You will be an active and focal member of the Growth team, ensuring that the team’s influence continues to grow.

**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF**
- You have +6 years of experience in AdTech.
- You have experience in product, analytics, and/or ad operations.
- You have understanding and experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting.
- You have experience in developing and selling client solutions.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- You have team management skills and you are a team player.
- You have the ability to develop and implement strategic plans according to each market.
- You have ability to work in a fast-growth environment.
- You have a strong background in developing and managing commercial relationships.
- You have excellent presentation and listening skills. Must have the ability to present at Director and above level.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and be credible in complex discussions and negotiations.
- You have a highly self-motivated and objective-driven mindset.
- You have a business-minded approach, comfortable in driving for consistent growth, and thrive under pressure of moving targets/multiple responsibilities.
