MISIÓN DEL PUESTO

Proporciona apoyo técnico y documental en la industrialización de nuevos productos y en los procesos productivos actuales, con el fin de garantizar la eficacia y eficiencia de las líneas de producción.

Da soporte a los MQE y PL en el ajuste de los procesos de fabricación y las líneas de ensamblaje,

solucionando, o ayudando a resolver, problemas de calidad o de la línea de montaje, apoyando en la definición del proceso de cambio de referencia y manteniendo la documentación apropiada para las líneas de montaje y procesos de fabricación.

Maneja pequeñas modificaciones en las herramientas y en las líneas de ensamblaje directamente con los proveedores bajo la supervisión de los MQE's y / o PL's.

También debe trabajar junto con el personal de mantenimiento para establecer los programas y procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo, así como recambios y consumibles.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
- Apoyar en la corrección y ajuste de los procesos productivos y líneas de ensamblado, actuales y

futuros
- Colaborar en la mejora de la calidad y dar soporte documental a los procesos de producción
- Apoyar en la definición de lay-out de la planta productiva
- Dar soporte en la preparación de informes con los resultados de las fases de prueba y la

documentación de calidad para nuevos productos.
- Ayudar en el proceso de mejora continua. Reducción de chatarra, reducción de recuperaciones,

problemas de calidad, reducción de costes, etc...
- Apoyar las Herramientas de Gestión de Mantenimiento (Preventivo / Predictivo).
- Apoyar el desarrollo de las especificaciones de las máquinas.
- Respeto hacia las normas de seguridad y limpieza del lugar de trabajo.
- Cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, productividad, higiene y protección del medio

ambiente.
- Cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentos internos de la organización: Código Ético, etc

Realización de otras tareas que den soporte a MQE´s / PL´s
- Adicionalmente, las funciones asociadas al sistema de Calidad y EHS recogidas en anexo DG.18.1.1

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

Requisitos mínimos:

- Formación técnico-profesional con experiência en puestos similares, de 3 a 5 años como mínimo.
- Conocimientos informáticos a nível usuario en Excel, Word, Power Point y Outlook

Se valorará:

- Conocimiento en neumática, hidráulica, electrónica o robótica, será un plus.

AutoCad o software de diseño
- Solución de problemas (5W, Ishikawa, PDCA, 8D)
- Conocimiento de herramientas de calidad
- Conocimiento de la norma ISO / TS 16949
- Conocimiento de las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing
- Conocimiento del entorno de producción en línea en la industria del automóvil
- Idiomas, principalmente inglés
