We are a leading talent acquisition consultancy that partners with high-growth companies around the world to help them build and optimize their talent pipelines. Our clients include companies like Wolt, Kayak, TIER, Grover, and Solarisbank, and we're looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketeer for one of our clients.

As a Digital Marketeer, you will be responsible for creating and executing advertising and social media campaigns to support the recruitment of associates and support associate roles. You will be expected to drive marketing projects and campaigns end-to-end and to take the hiring problem, start investigating it, map out the right channels, and then come up with creative solutions

Tasks
- Create and execute advertising and social media campaigns to support recruitment efforts
- Drive marketing projects and campaigns end-to-end
- Write compelling content for career sites, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and other marketing channels
- Contributing for the Employer Branding Strategy
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Manage Stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing type of role (with content and employer branding experience)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - native-like.
- Good content writing skills for career sites, blogs, LinkedIn posts, etc.
- Knowledge about how to switch on and optimize online campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Experience in delivering information to and dealing with stakeholders
