Our client a leading renewables IPP are looking for an Associate with 2-6 years experience.

The role:

- Support or lead day-to-day execution work on structured finance transactions
- Design, build, and manage DCF for debt raising transactions
- Interact and manage relationships with advisors, banks and other capital providers
- Present to management and key stakeholders to influence decision making for the transaction

The Induvial:

- Must have direct structured finance / Project finance experience
- Renewable energy or Infrastructure experience is desired
- Proven deal project finance deals execution track-record through previous hands-on experience, including financial modelling and negotiating transaction documents
- Strong process management skills including ability to manage relationships with advisors and lenders
- Hardworking & a team player
