Controller Junior

To support their growth, we are looking for a Junior Controller & Project Manager Reporting directly to the Iberian CFO, the Junior Controller & Project Manager is responsible to assist the CFO and work together with local entities’ teams, on the overall planning, management, and completion of a wide scope of projects, as well as liaising and participating on the financial/reporting Group routines and consolidations.
- Assist and lead the planning and implementation of projects by reviewing and implementing project scopes and acceptance criteria together with technical team, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects and Managing project budget and assigned project resources.
- Present reports defining plans, problems, and resolution to appropriate levels of management and maintain effective communication and working relationship with customers and project team members.
- Cooperate to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Time tracking own time and resources in the projects.
- Assist to Kick Off Meetings. Assign tasks to Project Coordinators.
- As Junior Controller, work closely with local entities’ finance & reporting teams, supporting on Group reporting and financial consolidation as well as help ensuring the liaison between project management and finance synergies tracking and quantification.

Preferably you have 2 or more years of previous work experience on a similar position in a dynamic environment (as a controller and/or project manager). This role is meant to develop you and you can learn with it. You Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance / Economics. You have excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as high orientation to details, able to work with the short deadlines. Active and advanced use of MS Office (SAP experience is an advantage) and fluent in English language.

You will be a part of an international group in development. The position will have some travel through out the Levante area and you will have flexibility in a hybrid position with 2-3 days of possible remote work.
