Dutch Telesales Agent

You will part of an Elite team that shows best practices and tests new products and material. You will be answering inbound calls and offering insurance packages to the consumers that have purchased a new appliance. These customers will give you a call when they register their appliances.
Your role will be to capture all important details and confirm the registration once it is done, big part of your responsibility is to explain the legal warranty and offer the additional insurance.
The agent should have a strong commercial profile, has good knowledge of sales techniques and knows how to deal with objections effectively.
The agent should also have strong customer service skills, and is used to working towards targets. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
Tasks
- Registration of client ́s appliances, details and information.
- Offering new or extended insurances to the clients
- Compliance behavior
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Dutch or Flemish or French.
- English or Spanish language proficiency would be a plus.
- You have demonstrable sales experience (1 year)
- you are competent in the use of Microsoft software packages.
- Able to effectively communicate to customers.
- Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic and highly communicative.
- Easy adaptable to different partners.
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage;
- Excellent customer service skills
