We are looking for a **Coordinator **to join our team in Almería, Spain, on a 1 year fixed-term contract
We are looking for a Coordinator, on a 1 year fixed-term contract, who will join the team in Almería, Spain, in a hybrid capacity (split of working in the office and from home). You will provide administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers, ensure quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.
**Responsibilities Including**, **but not limited to**:
- Working closely with new and existing clients to onboard or renew them, taking care of the necessary paperwork.
- Issuing quotes to clients quickly and accurately, ensuring that the company meets the target profit margin requirement.
- Scheduling audits well in advance, minimizing travel costs and auditor fatigue.
- Working closely with colleagues to streamline the certification process.
- Issuing certificates to clients, as well as communicating with clients regarding the expected TAT of their certificates.
- Assisting with debt collection activities.
- Assisting other colleagues as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficient in Spanish and English (Written and Spoken)
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Problem solving skills

Pay: 20,000.00€ - 25,000.00€ per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 04720 Roquetas de Mar, Almería
