Helpdesk Support

**Real Estate Portal - Help Desk / Tech Support person Wanted**

We are looking for a Help Desk / First Line Technical Support person for a leading Real Estate Portal.

**Requirements**:

- You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- You should have at least 2 years’ experience working with Real Estate platforms and more specifically Multiple Listing System (MLS) Platforms such as Resales Online, Inmobalia, Infocasa etc.
- Excellent IT skills and some knowledge of React, Git-Hub, Vue JS and other similar platforms would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience of either setting up and or operating help desk and or support systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kayako etc.
- You will have excellent people skills together with proven customer service skills, with a “can do” approach and a strong desire to solve different help and support challenges.
- You will have at least some outline knowledge of recent AI systems and Applications such as Chat GPT, Dall-E 2, Lumen 5, Soundraw, or other generative AI systems.
- You will be highly organised with a desire to complete your work to a high standard.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with other languages a bonus.

**Duties**:

- Learning and understanding the functionality of the Real Estate Portal
- Setting up the Help Desk process together with initiating problem solving processes such as Ticketing Systems
- Taking and handling calls from Portal subscribers
- Working with the Developers to help optimize automation of the support system and help develop additional training aids to enhance user understanding and operation of the Portal
- Work with the whole team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction at all times
