ROLE PURPOSE

In Vaccines, we have an exciting pipeline coming up, including the launch of our PCV20 vaccine for pediatric Immunization. The CBL PCV Pediatric will work in close partnership with the Pipeline lead to ensure successful PCV pediatric vaccines launch (aligned with PCV adult).

Key Accountabilities

Growth
- Develop sales forecasts after having defined robust assumptions
- Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own areas of responsibility, developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning
- Accountability for local sales target - once launched

Business Strategy
- Participate as the MKT representative in large XFT team to prepare launch readiness activities.
- Contribute to the launch roadmap with the Global & XFT local teams
- Collaborate with Global in a GLocal 2.0 manner to ensure seamless and timely localization
- Identify synergies with other products in the portfolio
- Design & execute local brand strategic & operational plan
- Supplement core programmes with additional activities required as necessary to meet customer needs and drive growth

Customer facing
- Coordinate with customer facing colleagues including but not limited to medical, sales, HSPs
- Accountability for country effectiveness evaluation.
- Deep understanding of the local customer marketplace
- Ability to refine activities based on customer insights collection and market challenges understanding
- Map KOL/patient advocacy groups in collaboration with XFT

Leadership
- Be assertive to ensure XFT collaboration and execution of key activities important for a successful launch
- Actively participate in the definition of the "value proposition" for key stakeholders (payers, decision makers, KOLs,) with the XFT team
- Support product training plan

Talent development
- Provide constructive feedback and support to cross functional team colleagues
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture where colleagues can learn from one another
- Provide own expertise and knowledge to help develop others.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience
- University degree
- MBA is a plus
- Tender knowledge is a plus
- Vaccines therapeutic area knowledge / experience desirable
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales or medical
- Fluency in Business English language and local language
- Experience of interaction with external stakeholders/acting upon customer insights
- Business acumen; Thorough understanding of revenue drivers for the brand in local country
- Ability to manage/prioritize resources across customers in line with the team strategy and in dialogue with customer facing functions
- Application of financial systems/processes and compliance and cross-functional leadership and cultural collaboration (engage on salient issues for brands as required) would be an asset
- Communication and influencing skills
- Change leadership - ensuring adaptation to new modes of operating

- Willingness to take calculated risks
- Track record of working collaboratively/with others across functions
- Understanding of Pfizer internal tools (Veeva, GCMA, etc)
- Willing to travel
