**Location**: Madrid or Seville

**Working scheme**: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

**ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Negotiate rates with suitable talented vendors and update database with accurate information in a timely manner
- Work closely and diligently with Project Management, Operations and Business Development teams to support recruitment needs
- Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs
- Monitor resource performance and provide feedback where required
- Recruit and allocate vendors for projects based on client criteria
- Conduct regular key account reviews with PMs to ensure availability and retention of key resources at competitive rates
- Provide timely KPI reports
- Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps
- Actively participate in and support business development efforts and client meetings as well as other departments
- Ownership and maintenance of corresponding Vendor Management processes
- Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues
- Support Director and other Team Coordinators in daily team management

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- University degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience
- Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written, are preferred for this position
- 4+ years of Vendor Management experience
- People management experience preferred
- Experience with market research clients preferred

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing business
- Strong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools and understanding of MT
- Effective communication skills including presentation/meeting facilitation
- Ability to take initiative in resolving queries/issues
- Responsibility and accountability in client-facing situations
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and flexible team player
