**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a **Gluon CISO & Cyber CTO **, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As **Glueon CISO & Cyber CTO **w e need somebody like you to help us in different fronts to:

- **Lead a team of Security architects **, **defining **world-class **Application and Cloud Security **architectures **to deploy our Global Gluon platform, platforms and projects across Santander businesses, leveraging our Group Security technologies and reference architectures, making sure that the architectures are tailored to their needs and requirements, and securing its adoption by the business.
- **Provide technical excellence and support for all **Application and Cloud Security **across Santander entities, stakeholders and teams **, being a main point of contact for all related needs, and supporting the business with a portfolio of alternatives around Application and Cloud Security to respond to existing, or new business use cases enabled by Security architectures.
- **Define, Oversee and Enforce the implementation of secure software development best practices across Santander leveraging the Gluon Platform and Services. **Practices to include providing the necessary training and tools for developers.
- **Manage the relationship with Top SecDevOps and Cloud Technology Vendors **at the technical, functional and roadmap levels, such as Amazon, Microsoft, etc. with strong negotiation skills to be able to guide the relationship with them to the desirable outcome which is full compliance with Santander strategies.
- **Work closely with all the Gluon Teams **to ensure the “security-by-design” and “security-by-default” approach in all the key Gluon Components (data, frontend and channels, APIs, microservices,)
- **Oversee and manage the security of the Gluon platform, tools configuration and repositories used by developers.**:

- **Create and lead a team of Security Solution architects **, to ensure the security-readiness in the detailed design of our solutions and platforms, with strong focus in our One Transformation initiatives

EXPERIENCE
- +15 years’ experience in large, complex organizations business-driven projects, leading the interaction with the business stakeholders, in the Retail banking business.
- +5 years’ experience leading key security functions as CISO or similar (including protection, detection and response teams)

EDUCATION
- University Degree (post-graduate will be a plus)
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to **engage and work closely with technical and business stakeholders **to scope, define and deliver Application security architectures in the Retail Banking and Financial services context.
- Ability to **describe which are the benefits of **Application and Cloud security **in technical terms and also to the business **for them to better understand how these solutions address their business needs.
- Ability to **understand the **functional needs of the businesses to map them to **Application and Cloud security **requirements **, to leverage and help improve the Security Reference architectures they are based on.
- Ability and proven experience to **design, implement and operate a global access management & authorisation service **for retail banking clients at scale
- Ability to **provide thought-leadership and vision to technical/non-technical audiences on **Application and Cloud security **, strategies, architectures and technologies across Santander group.
- Ability to **work with multi-disciplinary teams across Technology, Businesses, CDO, CTO, CISO, DPO, etc. **to perform requirements analysis, gap analysis, roadmap and adoption plans for the Application and Cloud security architecture and initiatives being defined to ensure those solve businesses problems effectively.
