**Your Role**
- Crossco and Interco order creation and follow up
- Sending import documents to customs agent
- Organizing pick up of imported orders from customs agent warehouse
- Revision of customs agent and forwarders invoices
- Creation with supervision of the buyer and follow up of AVA (Alternate Vendor Requests), DMS requests follow up and (Document Management System)
- Assist the Fragrance Procurement Team in any task needed (system information update, report creation, contract printing, assistance during peak working times like RFQ or exceptional projects like the Formula Transfer)

**About You** Education and Experience Required**:

- FP Adminnistración, Bachillerato or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in similar position

**Skills Required**:

- Medium-High level of English language necessary
- SAP knowledge desirable, but not compulsory
- Purchasing/logistics desirable, but not compulsory
- IT skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Outlook
- Organized (this is key), honest, task oriented, team player, able to work without supervision.
