Valeo is offering an Internship program within **Human Resources Area **you will support the Department in the following tasks:
- Support the HR team in HR team in the execution of recruitment processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating on-boarding and orientation activities for new employees, facilitate an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organisation.
- Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparation of HR documents, drafting of internal HR documents, drafting of internal communications and maintenance of HR databases.
- Assist with the creation of the company's work schedules.
- Support employee relations efforts by answering employees' basic questions, escalating complex questions, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality on sensitive maintaining confidentiality on sensitive issues.
- Keep abreast of laws, regulations and HR best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and compliance with employment legislation and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

- Human Resources degree or Business Administration degree.
- B2 English level is required - Mandatory.
