- **Main duties**:
Be part of the Systems and Smart Manufacturing Unit, within the Research and Development area, with the following task:
**Education**:
+ Degree in computing science, Physics or Engineer
**Job specific skills**:
+ Minimum experience of two years in fiber optic sensors development.
+ Knowledge of the fundamentals of fiber optics sensors.
+ Programming knowledge (highly valued): Python, Matlab.
+ Office: high level.
+ English: Higher level than B2.
+ Availability to travel.
+ Driving Licence and own car.
**Desirable qualifications and skills**:
+ Master / PhD / Postdoctoral in the field of fiber optic sensors highly valued.
+ Experience in R&D projects in fiber optic sensing dealing interrogator development, electrochemical coating and monitoring projects in hostile environments.
