You will be physically located in the **Barcelona **car park and moving between our 3 workshops.

Your **mission** will be: checking the trailers every day (as they enter and leave), visual checking, organising repairs and charging whoever you consider. Take care of the good condition of the fleet in coordination with the maintenance department.

**What do we expect from this role?**
- Plan and organise the day-to-day management of servicing.
- Inspecting and checking all defined points on each unit entering or leaving the workshop.
- Decide on the cost centre for each repair carried out.
- Place the service order on the units entering the workshop so that they can be identified during the maintenance or repair process.
- Organise preventive maintenance according to the requirements of the units.
- Organise the corrective maintenance of the units according to the failures presented and providing the follow-up of the repair through the service order.
- Estimate the costs and time needed to repair or maintain the vehicle.
- Draw up the Service Order for each unit entering the depot for any service, specifying the type of repair required and the type of maintenance to be carried out.
- Give the original completed Service Order to the person responsible for filing these documents.
- Ensure that spare parts, materials and equipment are available or can be obtained at short notice.
- Check completed work for compliance with safety and other mandatory standards, as well as ensure that defects are repaired or adjusted,
- Keep records of repair work, to detect recurring faults.
- Carrying out and responding in a timely manner to requests for repairs "outside the walls" or abroad, effectively coordinating the repair process in conjunction with the Traffic Coordinator.
- Scheduling and follow-up of vehicle maintenance
- Maintain absolute order and cleanliness within the workshop facilities, effectively controlling the inventory of tools and materials.
- Efficiently manage the stock of spare parts and supplies used in the preventive and corrective service of the units.
- Report any anomaly detected inside or outside the workshop with respect to the work of the company to your direct supervisor.
- Participate in the quality management system, complying effectively with the processes assigned to him/her.
- Provide facilities in the auditing processes, showing the documentation that is required according to the records that are within their competence.
- Deliver a monthly report of preventive and corrective maintenance orders, effectively analysing the results of maintenance effectiveness.
- Training in FPI or FPII in mechanics, electricity or automotive or medium or higher level training in automotive. Lack of training will be waived in exchange for a proven track record in the sector and similar functions to Workshop Manager.
- Experience in mechanics as workshop manager of industrial vehicles (trucks) or passenger cars of at least 3 years.
- Results-oriented and with a strong ambition for improvement and challenges. Initiative.
- Very valuable ability to communicate in English
- Driving license C+E is highly valued.
