- En Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Ibérica estamos buscando a un/a Responsable de Mantenimiento- Nuestra planta productiva se encuentra ubicada en el municipio de Gurb, Osona.El/la responsable de Mantenimiento se encarga de la coordinación y control de los trabajos técnicos y preventivos y el mantenimiento de la instalación doméstica que cubre todos los turnos para una operación 24/7, bajo la dirección del Manager de mantenimiento. Coordina las actividades del día a día de los trabajadores de mantenimiento para garantizar que equipos de producción, maquinaria o instrumentos funcionan de forma fiable y segura y que las instalaciones y las plantas están en buen estado de funcionamiento. **Responsabilidades**: Supervisar los trabajos finalizados para comprobar que las reparaciones se han realizado correctamente y que la maquinaria y equipos conformes a las especificaciones y normas de seguridad. Vigilar el estado de mantenimiento equipos, materiales, prendas y herramientas que utilizan los trabajadores de mantenimiento en sus actividades diarias. Dirigir, evaluar y desarrollar al personal de mantenimiento y ayudarle a diagnosticar problemas más complejos de maquinaria o equipo. Priorizar y asignar tareas para que se utilicen los recursos del equipo eficazmente y que se cumplan los horarios y objetivos de trabajo. Formar a nuevos trabajadores en el funcionamiento de la organización, procedimientos y normas. Supervisar, organizar y controlar el flujo de trabajo del técnico, así como las prioridades de producción y mejorar la eficiencia, incluyendo la mejora y el análisis continuo. Preparar y gestionar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo del sitio mediante MAXIMO (Computerized Maintenance Management). Gestionar el inventario y la precisión de las piezas de repuesto, incluida la compra de piezas de repuesto para reparaciones, reconstrucciones y mantenimiento preventivo. Proporcionar la última línea de defensa para la resolución de problemas para ayudar a los técnicos en reparaciones y problemas más complicados. Dominar el proceso y el funcionamiento de las nuevas y existentes líneas de producción y sus parámetros. Gestionar el flujo de trabajo de mantenimiento y el inventario de repuestos ** Experiénica ** Conocimiento al coordinar y liderar equipos ** Experiência en la Industria (mantenimiento maquinaria industrial) es preferible ** Experiência en SAP es preferible** **Requisitos ** Tener Grado o titulación de Formación Profesional ** 2-5 años de experiência en lugares similares ** Nível Inglés B2 - Preferible**
