Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
- Greet and welcome guests on arrival at the office
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access of externals and visitors as well as security coordination with landlord.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Ensure office premises are tidy and presentable at all times
- Procurement of office supplies and stock inventory
- Booking, preparation and maintenance of meeting rooms and coordination of internal meetings and logistics related
- Incoming and outgoing mail management
- Ensure IT systems work appropriately to support all lines of business (printers, projectors, VCR, etc...)
- Internal initiatives support (e.g. Birth Day, wellness, onboarding, Spanish classes etc)
- Facility ticket support as well as incent resolution
- Cleaning service management
- Vending and common vendors coordination (a.g. catering, water vendor, vending, office supplies)
