**We are currently seeking an exceptional Tech Lead to join our growing team.**
**Responsabilities**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of developers and engineers, both in-house and remote, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web3 products and integrations.
- Define the architecture of the ecosystems together with the CTO and carry on the implementation with the team
- Work closely with the CTO and Product Owner to define the product roadmap, set priorities, and plan sprints.
- Ensure the effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, code quality, and agile methodologies.
- Identify risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Continuously evaluate the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure Plastiks remains at the forefront of the web3 space.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in a variety of programming languages, such as JavaScript (Nodejs), Ruby and Solidity is a nice to have.
- Experience with modern web development frameworks, such as React.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
