**What you will do**
- Oversee accounting daily operations.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data.
- Regularly produce financial reports or statements.
- Main contact with Shared Service
- Ensure that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Perform and oversee annual audit.
- Train new employees
- Ensure key balance sheet accounts are reconciled timely and accurately.
- Assist senior management with ad-hoc tasks.
**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Accounting Manager
- Prior experience with SAP
- Experience to work with Shared Services
- Advanced PC skills using Outlook, Excel (ability to perform Pivots, V-lookups and other functions with Excel).
- Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Experience with financial reporting requirements.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize and adjust as needs change.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and in high pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyse large amounts of data.
- Proven skills in communication and build successful relationships with key stakeholders.
- Capacity to move in a complex environment and under financial requirement challenges and competing priorities.
