OPMs client is seeking an experienced Lead Programmer to join their team for development on their new multi-platform, multiplayer shooter franchise.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge and practice of professional gameplay programming experience.
- Experience working in Unreal Engines.
- Strong C++ knowledge and experience.
- Modern development practices: TDD, integration testing, automated testing.
- Experience in online multiplayer gameplay development.
- Good English level, both written and spoken

**RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Collaborate with other departments in establishing the most efficient approach for implementing different features.
- Develop, modify and test features, following the specifications agreed with design.
- Test your own code and ensure that the studio coding guidelines and processes are followed.
- Produce robust code and participate in code reviews.
- Document your work and share knowledge with other members of the team.
- Coordinate with other teams to meet deadlines.
