**Right now, we’re looking for an AI Manager to join our team at Globant**

**You will get the chance to**:

- **Lead the functional solution design that aligns with business goals.**
- **Lead the technical design and end-to-end development of AI solutions that meet business technical standards.**
- **Oversee all phases of AI project implementation, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.**
- **Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and explore new AI products and use cases.**
- **Facilitate cross-team collaboration on generative AI projects, promoting innovation and shared objectives.**
- **Regularly evaluate the performance and impact of AI solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business objectives.**

- **Experienced in delivering AI solutions to clients: understanding use cases business value and proposing state-of-the-art tech solutions that maximize the investment return for the client**
- **Generative AI: state-of-the-art LLMs, RAG architectures, prompting techniques, frameworks, end-to-end solutions.**
- **Strong understanding of ML algorithms and frameworks**
- **Cloud experience: Azure, AWS, GCP**
- **Ontologies and graph databases knowledge (neo4j, CosmosDB, Neptune) and graph query languages (SPARQL, Cypher) would be a plus.**
