Desde nuestros inicios en el año 2002, gracias a una estrategia y gestión empresarial sostenibles, hemos evolucionado pasando de ser una compañía industrial especializada en la fabricación de paneles fotovoltaicos a convertirnos en una compañía especializada en la generación de energía con una sólida trayectoria en la bolsa española, en la que cotizamos desde 2007 y cuyo camino culminamos en 2020 con la entrada en el selectivo español IBEX 35.

En estos momentos, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Construction Manager que, reportando a Dirección de Proyectos, se responsabilice de:

- Gestión integral de la fase constructiva de nuestros proyectos, desde el inicio de los trabajos hasta la puesta en marcha de los mismos, asegurando el cumplimiento en cuanto a plazos, calidades y costes.
- Planificación de la fase de obra, asegurando los recursos internos y externos necesarios para completar la construcción.
- Control y supervisión de las subcontratas, así como de la calidad de los trabajos realizados.
- Gestión y coordinación del personal involucrado.
- Control de cronogramas e hitos.
- Colaboración e interlocución habitual con otros departamentos de la compañía de manera transversal: Departamento de Subcontratos, Desarrollo de Negocio, Ingeniería, Compras, etc.
- Análisis de los resultados de las obras ya ejecutadas.
- Disponibilidad para residir de Lunes a Viernes en el Proyecto (Territorio Nacional).

Requisitos mínimos
- Titulación Ingeniero/a Superior Industrial, Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Minas con Especialidad en Electricidad o Energía.
- Valorable PMP.
- Imprescindible estar colegiado o colegiarse para la firma de proyectos.
- Inglés C1. Valorable otros idiomas como el italiano, el portugués o el alemán.
- Experiência previa de al menos 10 años liderando y coordinando la construcción de plantas de energía, o grandes proyectos de infraestructuras tanto en el extranjero como en territorio nacional.

- Experiência en la gestión de obras y subcontratas de cierto volumen (200 PAX-1.000 PAX)
- Capacidad de gestionar y saber comunicar asuntos técnicos a personas de distinto nível dentro de la organización.
- Orientación a resultados, marcado perfil técnico y fuertes competencias en gestión, planificación y coordinación.
- Capacidad de liderazgo.
