As a **Clinical Pre-Sales Engineer**, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Clinical sales team in Spain & Portugal. Your responsibilities will revolve around effectively demonstrating Ascom products and services to prospective and existing customers. You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales tools, including web-based seminars, to empower our sales and resellers in presenting the Ascom solution portfolio.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Your days as a Clinical Pre-Sales Engineer at Ascom will be diverse and fulfilling:

- Conducting clinical pre-sales activities, mapping workflow gaps, and proposing suitable solutions for hospitals.
- Providing internal consulting for project deliveries and validating solutions.
- Collaborating with the Sales Team and resellers to offer technical support and expert training on the Ascom Healthcare Platform.
- Preparing technical details and engineering needs for quotations.
- Participating in the marketing, market planning, and technical development of products and services.
- Gathering, analyzing, and sharing customer technical information and feedback.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to Ascom's Quality Management System policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- A solid knowledge of Clinical Solutions and a background in Bio Medical Engineering.
- Proven experience in continuous development and training, with 1-5 years in a customer support role.
- Double competencies expected for Acute Care activities (IT + Clinical).
- Strong technical expertise in Ascom systems and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
