Como **Marketing & Communication Manager** de España, serás una pieza fundamental para impulsar nuestras marcas en el mercado nacional, reportando al Marketing Manager & Comms Manager Regional.

Tu día a día incluirá:

- Supervisar la dirección, coordinación y estrategia del departamento de marketing para varias de nuestras marcas.
- Hacer un seguimiento del presupuesto y el plan de marketing, asegurando su alineación con nuestros objetivos de negocio y misión.
- Establecer KPIs para cada una de nuestras acciones y posterior análisis de las mismas para presentación de resultados.
- Continuo benchmark de estrategias del sector para estar al día de las últimas tendencias.
- Continua actualización de los Brand identities de las marcas.
- Planificación y supervisión de campañas publicitarias y producciones que refuercen nuestra identidad de marca.
- Supervisión de los planes de comunicación, eventos y acciones con influencers.
- Supervisión y coordinación de un equipo joven y dinámico.
- Colaboración continua con departamentos como producto, concepto / arquitectura, y key accounts.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, ADE o afines.
- Mínimo 7 años de experiência en roles de marketing, preferentemente en empresas de gran consumo / retail.
- Experiência demostrada en la ejecución de campañas de marketing exitosas.
- Experiência en establecimiento de KPIs y análisis de resultados.
- Experiência en gestión de presupuestos.
- Experiência y capacidad de liderazgo para gestionar equipos medianos.
- Nível avanzado de inglés.
- Altas capacidades creativas y comunicativas, pero muy enfocadas a resultados.
- Se valorará positivamente tener experiência en fashion.
