Key Activities:

- Manage BI tools and Omnichannel dashboards to provide insights and analytical support to improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyse and interpret omnichannel data and KPIs working closely with the rest of the Omnichannel team
- Transform and analyse large volumes of data, combining internal data, as well as many other third-party data sources
- Anticipate issues and opportunities by elevating analyses beyond reporting to develop and translate insight into tangible actions
- Lead regular business review discussions analysing campaign metrics to assess performance and identify actionable insights
- Work with the BUs to instil data driven decisions mindset
- Provides constant monitoring of Omnichannel KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Undertake proactive and reactive ad-hoc requests as needed
- Provide ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and scorecards required by BUs to highlight trends and opportunities
- QA data to ensure accuracy: Create and maintain data to deliver highly accurate and complete data sets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Partner with key stakeholders to define tracking and data set needs across digital tools
- Deliver actionable insights to help decision making via visual reporting platforms in collaboration with the cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills.
- Experience +3 years in managing large amounts of data from multiple platforms into actionable insights, utilizing data to build strategy
- Extensive experience with visualization tools, Power BI or Tableau
- Experience building, maintaining, improving data flows and database connectivity for the team
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Proficiency in Hive, SQL, MySQL, Python, and/or R programming languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Deep understanding of available BI tools and data sources
- Experience managing SAP BOBJ and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to advise and strengthen strategic business decisions
- Strong business acumen, comprehension of digital and non-digital channels, customer centric marketing, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.
- Comfort with ambiguity and complex “white space” environments
- An unrelenting curiosity to understand and champion customer needs
- Experience in dealing with technical support teams
